For such a vicarious reader, I haven't really gotten to the books I do own. Even with that, I made purchases accumulating in three thousand yen, and a few good coats, but I'm unsure what that cost.
I had put my sudoku book, my pencils and pens, my journal, and just in the case of a boredom that not even my phone and sudoku book could quell, I had brought too Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream. I didn't actually end up needing any of this but the gods of comedy shine upon me.
The books I did buy, well I don't really want to stand up and list it all out, so I'll only be listing off what it is I remember.
- Machiavelli's The Prince
- A book on the fish found in South-east Asia
- Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities
- Some YA novel retelling of a Greek myth. I don't happen to read a lot of YA, if I hadn't made it clear enough.
- A Brief History of the Louvre
I happen to read library books faster. I like little deadlines, when achievable, of course.
I haven't updated the rest of this site in quite the while, haven't I? I'm glad for it that I did make a site though. It's not that I don't have somewhere to speak. I do. I'm regularly filling in a hundred pages of my diary per month, as if I did lead any kind of eventful life. I don't. I happen to muse about things like the weather, that I'm so cold, and I happen to say enough about unrelated things that it fills the entire book.
It's not the ammoniac fantasy of having had a geocities. Having a site is just pleasant. I made this! On a later date, I'd like to have the layout of the logs be changed, I've been having such difficulty with brighter colors.
